Why We Started
There was no shortage of women's events. There was a shortage of rooms where anything actually happened after them.
Boss Babes & Brunch began as a table — a real one — where ambitious women could talk without performing, and leave with more than a stack of business cards.
What We Believe
That connection is a business strategy, not a soft skill.
That women don't need more followers — they need more meaningful relationships.
That being good at what you do should come with being known for it.
What We're Building
An ecosystem: curated in-person experiences, an ongoing community, visibility education through the SEEN Method, and real opportunity for women and the brands that back them.
Where We're Going
City by city across North America. Signature experiences, intimate meetups and virtual rooms — with the same rule everywhere: nobody has to prove they belong.

Kayelani built Boss Babes & Brunch the way she builds relationships — slowly, on purpose, and with everyone at the table actually included.
What began as a way to bring ambitious women together has evolved into a growing ecosystem centered around community, visibility, opportunity and real relationships.
Today she’s building it into a multi-city movement, creating spaces where women aren’t simply invited into the room — they’re encouraged to take up space inside of it.
